I would like to thank my coaches, training partners, fans, friends, and family for making it possible to pursue my dream to become a complete martial artist. I am dedicated to continually learning and improving in these arts.

Martial arts and fighting are filled with numerous obstacles. The ups are great but the downs can be devastating. Every fighter goes through these to some extent or another. Working through these downs is what builds character and discipline. I thank all of you for standing by me and I will continue to work hard to become a better fighter.

Stephan's back in action at UFC 110 on Feb 20, in the land down under against rugged veteran Krzyzstof Soszyinski. This will be the first time the UFC will be hosted in Australia.
